What a delight it was to sit down with chef Peter Rudolph of the new spot Hey Jack, in Camas Washington. Just listening to what this restaurant has to offer had me craving everything. Peter and I also went out to roam the Camas Farmer’s market and talked about how he creates his dishes from the fresh and local food he acquires that day. I had the wonderful opportunity of interviewing Helen Baller teachers about what they love about their school community. I put the interviews together and got to present it at their end of year assembly. I am hoping to get young minds thinking about community around them and reminding everyone how important it is to be here for each other. Building community together. Enjoy!
